What's the minimum contract length?
Our standard engagement begins with a 90-day probationary period, followed by a six-month service term. At the close of the six-month term, both parties conduct a formal performance review to structure a one-year renewal agreement.
Do you require an exclusive engagement?
Yes. The Security Management Program is built around a single, accountable security partnership, exclusivity allows us to standardize procedures, train courtesy officers consistently, and take full ownership of your property's security posture.
Is the Security Manager dedicated to my property or shared?
Each Security Manager oversees a deliberately limited portfolio to ensure your account receives focused, hands-on attention. This is a core design principle of the program: we cap manager workloads so that responsiveness, site familiarity, and reporting quality never suffer.
How fast can you deploy?
Deployment typically takes 7 to 14 days from contract execution, depending on the size and complexity of the property. Larger multi-site portfolios may require additional onboarding time to complete site assessments, staffing plans, and courtesy officer coordination.
