Kenneth Hickey, Sr.
Kenneth Hickey, Sr. founded Hickey Security & Investigation in 1997, originally established as K2 Protective Services. He built the company on more than thirty years of combined experience as a United States Army Military Policeman, local and state law enforcement officer, detective, private investigator, and security professional. Every standard this firm operates by today, from how we train our officers to how we treat our clients, was set by him.

Kenneth hickey, Jr.
CEO
Kenneth Hickey, Jr. leads Hickey Security & Investigation LLC, continuing the company his father built and stepping into the CEO role following his father's passing. Prior to becoming CEO, Kenneth served as COO, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, managing officer deployment, client accounts, and contract execution.
As CEO, he oversees client strategy, contract performance, and the standards that define every HSI site. He carries forward his father's belief that security is, at its core, a service business built to protect our clients, our officers, and the communities we serve.
Anisa Hickey-Neto
CFO
District Supervisor - Savannah
Anisa Hickey-Neto serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hickey Security & Investigation LLC, leading financial strategy, contract pricing, compliance, and procurement readiness across every HSI division. She also directly supervises the firm's Savannah district, the company's founding market, overseeing client relations, staffing, and field operations.
As a second-generation leader in the family business, she works alongside her brother to carry forward what their father started and to build HSI into a firm that competes at scale without losing the standards it was founded on.
Rochelle guyton
Chief Operating Officer
Rochelle Guyton serves as COO of Hickey Security & Investigation LLC and Hickey Logistics & Transportation, overseeing day-to-day operations across both companies. She joined the firm as an administrative assistant and rose to COO in recognition of her operational instincts, follow-through, and ability to keep complex moving parts aligned. She manages scheduling systems, officer onboarding, post orders, client communication, and the operational standards that hold contracts together at scale.
Rochelle's rise within the company reflects the kind of leadership HSI is built on: earned, accountable, and grounded in the work.
Phamethius evans
District Manager - Atlanta
Phamethius Evans leads Hickey Security & Investigation's Atlanta district, managing client accounts, officer deployment, and contract performance across metro Atlanta and surrounding service areas. He began his career with HSI as an unarmed officer and was promoted to district leadership based on his performance in the field, his reliability on post, and his ability to lead other officers by example. That field-up perspective shapes how he runs Atlanta today, with a hands-on management style that keeps him visible to officers and accessible to clients.
Phamethius has been central to the company's retention in the Georgia market.
