On-Site officers are stationed at your property for the full duration of every shift; they're present, visible, and embedded in your operations. The Crime Reduction Patrol Program uses marked vehicles to patrol your property on a scheduled but mobile basis. On-Site is the right fit for properties that need continuous coverage, access control, or CCTV operation; patrol is the right fit for properties that need visible deterrence on a flexible budget.
Do your officers handle CCTV monitoring?
Yes. On-Site officers are trained to operate client CCTV systems, log incidents observed on camera, and respond to suspicious activity in real time. If your property does not currently have a CCTV system, we can recommend installation partners as part of the site assessment.
What's the minimum staffing commitment?
Our standard On-Site engagements begin with a 6-hour minimum shift. Most clients operate on 8-, 12-, or 24-hour coverage models. For 24/7 staffing, a minimum of three to four officers is typical to maintain proper shift rotation and avoid officer fatigue.
