What's your patrol coverage area?
Each patrol route covers a maximum 10-mile radius from a designated central point. This radius cap is deliberate — it ensures rapid response times to non-emergency calls and consistent patrol density across the route. For properties or portfolios outside a single 10-mile radius, we can structure multiple coordinated routes.
How often will officers patrol my property?
Patrol frequency is customized to your property's risk profile and budget. Standard programs include multiple checks per shift on a randomized schedule, so patterns can't be predicted by would-be intruders.
What happens during an emergency on my property?
Our officer responds immediately, contacts dispatch, and coordinates with local law enforcement. On-scene, the HSI officer acts as your designated representative — communicating with police, documenting the incident, and providing a written report to ownership before the end of the shift.
Can I scale up to the Security Management Program later?
Yes. Many of our clients begin with the Crime Reduction Patrol Program and upgrade to the Security Management Program as their property portfolio grows or their security needs become more complex. Your patrol history and incident reports transfer directly into the SMP onboarding process.
Do you offer one-time or event-only patrol coverage?
Yes. In addition to ongoing patrol contracts, HSI provides event-based and short-term patrol services for grand openings, holiday seasons, construction milestones, and one-off security needs. Contact dispatch for event rate quotes.
